Minnesota Housing has an array of programs that expand from housing development to rental assistance and services. The program guides and manuals below provide requirements and guidance for each program.

Capital Cost Financing and Funding
The Program Guides below have costs associated with new construction, rehabilitation and other development costs. Generally, projects must have a capital improvement financing plan that meets the Minnesota Housing requirements for project development standards, reserves and contingencies.

The program guides and documents are only used for long term monitoring and compliance.
Oversight and Support for the compliance for these programs is monitored by the Minnesota Housing Compliance Team. Contact a Compliance officer if you have compliance or monitoring questions or need information on Housing Tax Credits, HOME or other Minnesota Housing deferred loan programs. Check PORT for the compliance officer assigned to each property.
