Minnesota Housing posts the most recent published Disclosure Report for each bond resolution for which bonds are outstanding. Each Disclosure Report covers through the date noted and has not been updated.

The availability of the Disclosure Reports on this website shall not create any implication that there has been no change in the accuracy or completeness of the information included in the reports since the respective dates of the Disclosure Reports.

Minnesota Housing archives Disclosure Reports about the Agency’s bonds that have been issued during the last two years. The current reports are not included.
