Report Wrongdoing or Concerns
Minnesota Housing promotes a "see something, say something" culture where internal staff, external business partners and the public are encouraged to report fraud, misuse of funds, conflicts of interest or other concerns without fear of retaliation.
You can report wrongdoing or other concerns through the Report Wrongdoing form.
For Project Based Section 8 Buildings Only
Contact your property manager or landlord first if you have a housing concern. Please complete a maintenance work order request when needed through your property manager or landlord. If your maintenance request or other housing concern is not being addressed or requires further assistance, or if you wish to report fraud or wrongdoing in a Project-Based Section 8 property, you may reach us at 651.297.3294 or projectbasedsection8concerns.mhfa@state.mn.us.
If your concern is with the Section 8 voucher program or a Section 8 voucher holder, you will need to contact your local Housing Redevelopment Authority (HRA) or Public Housing Authority (PHA).
