Workforce & Affordable Homeownership Development

The Workforce and Affordable Homeownership Development Program provides one-time grants to selected community partners and nonprofit organizations for the development of workforce and affordable homeownership projects across Minnesota. The funds will serve households up to 115% of area median income and will be used for new construction and acquisition, rehabilitation and resale of single-family homes.

Funding is available now through the 2024 Single Family Consolidated Request for Proposals (RFP). More information can be found on the Impact Fund webpage.
