Homeownership Investment Grants Program

The Homeownership Investment Grants program provides one-time grant funding to qualifying Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) to advance affordable homeownership across Minnesota. The CDFI partners will administer revolving loan funds, allowing public dollars to be reused as loans are repaid and reinvested in future homebuyers and housing development.
