The Homeownership Education, Counseling and Training Fund (HECAT) provides financial support to eligible non-profit organizations to deliver a variety of homebuyer/homeowner education, counseling and training services to Minnesotans.

National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling (NFMC) Program Forms, Resources and Training
The National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling (NFMC) Program provides federally appropriated funds to non-profit organizations for foreclosure intervention counseling, training and expenses associated with administering the NFMC Program.
Making Home Affordable (MHA) Outreach and Intake Project
The goal of the MHA Outreach and Intake Project is to make more homeowners aware of the full range of options under MHA, and to assist those homeowners who are eligible with the successful completion of the MHA application process.
