Homeownership Education, Counseling and Training Fund (HECAT)
HECAT provides financial support to eligible nonprofit organizations to deliver a variety of homebuyer/homeowner education, counseling and training services to Minnesotans.
2016 Request for Proposal Materials
All application materials must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 16, 2016. Review the HECAT Application Instructions and Program Overview for submission details.
Technical Assistance Webinar
During this 1-hour Webinar, an overview of the HECAT Request for Proposals and application instructions will be provided, including important timelines. We will also highlight sections of the Application and Workbook, paying special attention to any changes since last year. Registration is required.

National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling (NFMC)
The National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling (NFMC) Program provides federally appropriated funds to non-profit organizations for foreclosure intervention counseling, training and expenses associated with administering the NFMC Program.
