Helping Your Clients with Minnesota Housing Programs
Consumers often cite Real Estate Agents as a key information gatekeeper to Minnesota Housing programs. Minnesota Housing wants agents to be fully informed about our programs AND receive continuing education credits.

The Real Estate Partners Program (REP) assists real estate agents to a better understanding of Minnesota Housing programs and the unique components that could increase business for most agents.

The centerpiece of REP is three (3) credits of continuing education that Minnesota Housing offers to agents through their associations, companies or other sponsoring agencies. Our basic three (3) credit session contains an overview of Minnesota Housing products and programs. Attendees of our basic class are invited to become a Minnesota Housing Real Estate Partner and receive e-mail updates that announce program changes or new money availability.
